Follow the steps>

1. Start OpenIV
2. Enable 'Edit mode'
3.Extract Jester2
4. Go to:
update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf\
5. Replace the Jester2.ytd with the .ytd file you just downloaded
6. Start the game and enjoy!!
