This is a template I based off of Abel Software's template. His was a bit confusing if you were new (which I was by the time I downloaded his for the first time) but now I have gotten better and made my own template, explaining everything as much and good as I could. Hope you enjoy!
Installation
Extract the.zip file into a folder anywhere and run the executable.

OpenIV Package Manager (aka OIVPM) is a tool where you can create packages compatibles with OpenIV easily. The only thing you have to do is: start a new project, fill the forms, add content to the package and build it.
