savage with a new camouflage jacket

edited the badges on it with original ones

Install:

you need open iv

update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta 5/vehicles/mpheistvehicles.rpf

and replace savage.ytd with the modded one
