I Did some good quality Textures for Franklins hats
and 2 Decals for Franklins shirts jackets etc...

#1 - Oakland Raiders / Crip hat
#2 - chicago Bulls Red Cap with NBA sign on the back
#3 - Compton Hat
#4 - Oakland Raiders White Cap
#5 - Chicago Bulls Decal for Jackets shirts etc...
#6 - Oakland Raiders Decal for Jackets shirts etc...

How to Install

Open - Openiv
then look for x64v.rpf / models / cdimages/
For hats installation got to streamedpedprops.rpf / player_one_p/ replace files p_head_diff_016_c etc...in the folders i gave you all are labeled

for Decals chicago bulls oakland raiders etc...
x64v.rpf / models / cdimages/ steampedsplayers.rpf / player_one folder
replace decals with the ones i gave you decl_diff_005_b_uni etc...
